Qigong is a series of exercises developed to promote flexibility, strength, balance, and spirituality. Qigong in the fall is about bringing energy back into the body to be strong through the winter and get prepared for the next spring. Come join us and learn exercises that will help transition you through the seasons. No mat or blanket needed. This event will be held outdoors in the farm's Edible Classroom on grass. No rain date scheduled but we will evaulate ahead of time in case of poor weather.

Qi Gong is a healing practice of movement, considered the father of Tai chi. Move from your center with the breath using mental imagery while creating space in the joints and experience the flow of chi. The exercises are simple, from a standing position. Improve balance, reduce stress, lower blood pressure, clear the mind and have more energy with the practice of this ancient form of movement.
